Job Summary
The Jones County Auditor’s Office is now taking applications for the full-time combined position of Elections Deputy and Land Use Administrator. Primary responsibilities will include administering and enforcing the county’s zoning, subdivision, and nuisance ordinances; and will also include managing the county’s voter registration database and assisting with elections management. The person filling this position must have excellent communication skills, pay close attention to detail, and be able to work independently as well as in a team setting. Position requires a current driver’s license valid in the State of Iowa.
Salary will be based on relevant experience and qualifications. This full time position does include a benefits package.
