Absentee Ballot Request Forms Now being accepted!

Want to Vote by Mail for the June 4, 2024 Primary Election? If you want to receive a ballot by mail, you must first submit a request form.

There are a few options on how to receive a request form:

1) Download the form using this link: https://bit.ly/2024PrimABS

2) Go to our website and print off this absentee ballot request form: https://www.jonescountyiowa.gov/.../absentee_ballot...

3) Call our office at (319) 462-2282 and request a form to be mailed to you.

Once you have your request form completed, mail to it to our office at PO Box 109, Anamosa 52205
