Congrats to Jones County Secondary Roads for earning the 2024 Portland Cement Concrete Paving Award, in the County Overlay category. The X64 project from Cedar Co. to Massillon Rd. was a large success. In determinging the winners of Iowa's most prestigious awards, Jones County was rated on smoothness, quality control, general appearance and well as workmanship, contractor management, safety, and project complexity.
