5-2-1-0 Healthy Choices Count! is a nationally recognized and evidence-basedprevention framework to promote healthy habits that was adopted by Iowa in 2017.The goal is to increase physical activity and healthy eating through policy andenvironmental change.
A policy, systems & environmental approach in our community to healthcare,
childcare, education and the workplace, with speakers from: Iowa Healthiest State Initiative, Iowa Department of Public Health, Jones County Public Health, and Healthy LifeStars.
