Recorder's Office End of Month - Wednesday, December 31st, 2025

The Jones County Recorder's Office will cut-off transactions at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, for month end balancing. 

This includes the following transactions:

• Real Estate
• Certified Copies of Vital Records
• Marriage Applications
• Boat/Snow/ATV/ORV/Dirt Bike transactions
  • Please plan accordingly, as off-road vehicles will expire on 12/31/2025.
• Fishing/Hunting licenses
• Passport Photos with credit/debit card payments.
