Recorder Month End Transaction Deadline

The Jones County Recorder's Office will cut-off transactions at 3:00 PM on Friday, February 27, 2026, for month end balancing.
This includes the following transactions:
- Real Estate
- Certified Copies of Vital Records
- Boat/Snow/ATV/ORV/Dirt Bike transactions
- Fishing/Hunting licenses
- Passport Photos with credit/debit card payments.
- Marriage Applications 2:30 PM deadline
