2026 Annual Jones County Veterans Affairs Open House
The Jones County Veterans Affairs Office will host its 2026 Annual Open House on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Wapsi-Ana Park, South Linn Street, Anamosa, IA 52205.
The event is open to all veterans and their families and is intended to honor those who have served while connecting veterans with valuable local, state, and federal resources.
Event Schedule
- 3:00 PM – Event begins
- 3:10 PM – Presentation of the Colors and National Anthem
- 7:00 PM – Event concludes

Purpose
The 2026 Annual Jones County Veterans Affairs Open House is an opportunity for veterans and their families to meet with representatives from organizations that provide services, benefits, and support to the veteran community. The event also serves to recognize and honor the men and women who have served our nation.
