The Jones County Conservation Board has two rental cabins located at Central Park. These cabins are located on the campground side of Central Park and overlook the lake. They provide a great opportunity for those who would like to camp but don’t want to worry about the wind and rain. 

Each cabin is one room and includes electricity, heating/cooling units, windows, a futon or sofa sleeper, a bunk bed with a single bunk on top and a queen bed below, a table with bench seating, an armoire for storage, a nightstand, a refrigerator, a  microwave, ceiling fan, broom and dustpan, picnic table, and fire pit with grill.  There is a parking lot near the cabins.

A water hydrant is located out in front of the cabins.  Users need to provide their own bedding, personal items, service wear, cooking utensils, and cleaning supplies. 

Shower/restroom facilities are located a short walking distance.

Reservations can be made online after January 1st of each calendar year.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations are non refundable. However, if a cancellation occurs, contact Jones County Conservation as soon as possible in order to notify of a cancellation.

Fees

$49.50 reservation fee per night plus a $4 processing fee at the time of the transaction
