Sponsored by the Friends of Jones County Conservation and Nature Center.  Made from 100% recycled plastic, this Home Composter is Recycling Connections employees' top pick of backyard composters.

Why Compost?  Composting helps you to feed your garden, lawn, trees, shrubs, and landscape plants with natural, healthy, nutrient  rich soil amendment.  It saves you money while helping the environment by reducing the need for excessive fertilizers.  By composting your organic food scraps, leaves, and grass clippings you are helping to improve soil health, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, recycling nutrients, and mitigating impacts of droughts.  Composting makes sense!

Only 18 Compost Bins are available - make sure to register online ASAP to secure your bin!  Make sure to specify the number of bins you will be purchasing. Pick up and pay for your bins on Monday, April 22, at the Central Park Nature Center, from Noon-5pm.
